Like the majority of my vessel forms this is a non-functional piece. It comprises a relatively small blown opaque pink bubble, with a clear mass. This has then been pushed into a second blown transparent grey vase like piece whilst hot and runny, in order to merge the two pieces together.

Like the majority of my vessel forms this is a non-functional piece. It comprises a relatively small blown opaque pink bubble, with a clear mass. This has then been pushed into a second blown transparent grey vase like piece whilst hot and runny, in order to merge the two pieces together.
After annealing (controlled cooling) The form has then been hand ground and polished to create dramatic sculpted angles.
This is a sturdy piece due to the solid clear mass as revealed through the ground and polished areas toward the base that appear to be negative space but which are in fact solid.

We have a flat rate for all our UK domestic shipping £10.00 P&P.
We use recyclable high quality cartons for the outer packaging and biodegradable void fill / Packaging Peanuts to fill the inside of the carton, the items themselves will be wrapped in acid free tissue and bubble wrap. Breakages are extremely rare as we pack things well – but if your purchase arrives damaged, please contact us immediately.
